The Canadian economy lost more jobs than expected last month.
The national jobless rate sits at 7 per cent after a loss of 36,000 jobs.
In Saint John, the unemployment rate decreased again from 7.7 per cent last month to 7.3 per cent.
Moncton’s jobless rate also declined from 6.2 to 5.8 per cent.
It declined provincially as well from 9 per cent to 8.8 per cent.
