A West side church hopes to be bursting with donations of furniture and household items by tomorrow afternoon.
Rev. Wayne Murphy of the Lancaster Baptist Church on the West side says they are looking for the basic every day things that everybody needs and uses.
He tells CHSJ News they are impressed with the support from Saint John.
He says they need lots more but the people who have been coming in have been so supportive and wanting to do more than they are able to do.
He says they drop thinks off and tell him if they have more they will be back on Saturday.
As for the family of 5 the church is sponsoring, Murphy says they could get 10 days notice before they arrive and he thinks they are still in Lebanon.
The clothing and furniture drive for Syrian Refugees at Lancaster Baptist Church at 87 Church Avene from 9am to 3pm tomorrow.
