If you’ve been around the Quispamsis Town Hall of late, you’ve no doubt noticed the electric charging station in the parking lot.
Mayor Murray Driscoll says if you’ve never driven an electric car you should. Driscoll says it’s so quiet inside the car when you’re driving and he found it had enough get up and go on the road. Driscoll was so impressed by the ride, he’s thinking of getting one for himself.
Driscoll can see the town making greater use of electric cars in the future.
Meantime, the deadline for agreement at the Climate Change Summit in Paris has been extended through Saturday.
