Hundreds of plastic milk jugs fell out of the back of a tractor-trailer on Highway 1 eastbound between the Rothesay Ave and Fox Farm road exits.
The highway was closed briefly.
Dexter along with help from the traffic section of the Saint John police assisted with traffc control and clean up.
