The former President of Moosehead Breweries Derek Oland was quick to release a statement after the verdict came down.
His statement expresses the family’s disappointment and dismay over the guilty verdict while maintaining Dennis is innocent. It goes on to read the family will support Dennis and his family members through the course of whatever legal actions will unfold with certainty Dennis had nothing to do with the death of his father and faith he will eventually be found innocent.
Connie Oland, who’s Dennis’ mother, releasing a statement expressing shock and sadness he was found guilty while saying their faith in Dennis’ innocence has never wavered.
She adds the family will now discuss with the lawyers what the legal options are and they sincerely believe justice will eventually be served.
