Dennis Oland’s wife and mother issuing a statement saying they believe he has been wrongully convicted and that the person who brutally murdered Richard Oland more than four years ago is still at-large.
The statement goes on to say they will be pursuing an appeal as soon as the process allows. Defence lawyer Jamie McConnell confirmed to our newsroom on Monday that the defence team is preparing to file an appeal and they will be filing one in the very near future.
