The RCMP confirmed the arrest of 18-year old Tyler Noel.
Constable Jullie Rogers-Marsh says shortly before noon officers responded to a call of a break and enter at a cottage in Elgin.
She says just before 1 in the afternoon they found Noel in a vehicle in Petitcodiac.
“He was arrested on a Canada Wide Warrant Issued For First Degree Murder And Arson in connection with the death of 18-year old Moncton man Baylee Wylie,” says Rogers-Marsh.
She says Noel was in the company of two other men, who are currently in custody at this time.
Rogers-Marsh adds they are still looking for 20-year old Marissa Shephard, who is also wanted to face charges of first degree murder in the death of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie.
