A 25-year-old Moncton man suspected of sexually exploiting more than 2,000 young people online is expected to face several new charges when he appears in court Thursday.
He previously pleaded guilty to sexual assault, producing child porn and making it available.
His name is under a court-imposed ban to protect the identity of the original victim.
The man is accused of posing as a teenage girl to convince young boys to send him sexual images and videos and then he distributed them online.
Police have found victims in Canada and around the globe including such countries as the U-S, the U-K, Russia and Australia.
