A former member of Quispamsis Council has moved to Saint John and is now seeking a seat on Common Council,
Daryl Bishop is running in Ward 4. He would like to make it easier for development to take place in the city, claiming there’s still too much red tape.
He also tells us there are a lot of developers ready to turn the upper floors of buildings in the city into residential.
There are five candidates running in Ward 4 including the incumbants, David Merrithew and Ray Strowbridge.
