Spring in the Port City means sunshine, warmer temps and street sweeping.
Starting next week, you will see crews around the City clearing sand and other debris that collected over the winter from the streets and sidewalks.
The program continues until the end of June.
It’s about improving the appearance of Saint John but considered vital to improving the way our streets, sidewalks and storm water sytems work.
In high traffic areas of the City, the sweeping is done overnight while areas with less traffic are done during the day.
