Advance polls are open Saturday, April 30th and Monday, May 2nd for municipal elections in New Brunswick.
Ballots are being cast for mayor, councillors and candidates running for district education councils and regional health authorities.
Chief electoral officer Mike Quinn says the advance polls are ideal if you can’t get out on polling day, Monday, May 9th.
“Definitely people are taking advantage of those advance polls particularly on Saturday,” Quinn notes.
The advance polls on Saturday and Monday are open from 10-am to 8-pm.
If you didn’t get a voter information card in the mail, you will need to bring I.D. with your name, address and signature to the polling station.
