The US Department of Justice is investigating a deadly listeria outbreak linked to Dole packaged salad produts produced at their processing plant in Ohio.
33 people in the US and Canada became ill in the outbreak from May of 2015 to February of 2016, including one person in New Brunswick.
All of the people who felt ill were hospitalized and three people died.
