The Saint John Free Public Library is launching an initiative to preserve the memories of years past for future generations by having seniors tell their own stories.
“Sharing Our Stories” will be published in a book which will be sold in the region and kept as an online archive. Neil McIntyre is part of the project which he says will ensure their memories are not lost to future generations.
There will also be workshops for those seniors who want to learn writing technique from the writer in residence.
