City Staff like what they’ve seen so far of the proposed Irving Oil headquarters building which will be reviewed tonight by the Heritage Development Board for the third time.
The building’s proposed neo-classical revival design is described by City staff as being a high quality proposal that will enhance the character of King’s Square and have a positive influence on the city.
The Board has been told it reflects the simple elegance of the Admiral Beatty and will become a bookend to the ornate Imperial Theatre.
