Gary Clark is officially the new Mayor of Quispamsis with the swearing in ceremony.
The new Twon Council will be faced with a controversial issue right off the bat – The animal control bylaw and whether changes have to be made. Clark says he’s open to making changes but wants to see what town staff recommend.
Clark says he has wanted to be Mayor for some time and is emphasizing the need for teamwork on Town Council, saying he wants to know what concerns they heard from people while campaigning door to door

The new Council in Grand Bay-Westfield was sworn in last night and the new Rothesay Town Council will be sworn in tonight.
