Spring has finally sprung and so has another gardening season.
A national three-day event called Garden Days is coming up next month to celebrate all-things related to gardening.
Maritime spokesperson Niki Jabbour says the celebration not only focuses on gardening but also nurseries, parks and green public spaces.
“This is a perfect time to start a garden. Even if you’re thinking maybe I would like to have a vegetable pot – is it too late? It’s never too late,” notes Jabbour.
Garden Days will be held from June 17 to 19 during the Father’s Day weekend.
