A monument in memory of the three RCMP constables who were killed in Moncton on June 4, 2014 was unveiled today at the Riverfront Park in Moncton.
Doug Larche, Fabrice Gevaudan and Dave Ross are now immortalized in bronze.
New Brunswick’s top Mountie, Assistant Commissioner Roger Brown, says he will never forget the outpouring of support from the community during Moncton’s darkest hour.
Brown has also decided to retire from the RCMP on the second anniversary of the tragedy.
The public unveiling of the monument took place behind the Moncton Press Club.
