A section of Waterloo Street is getting a much needed face lift.
Barry Ogden and a team of volunteers have painted five buildings from the cathedral to the old Holiday Inn restaurant.
He says this part of Waterloo will be really rejuvenated as the city will be putting in new sidewalks, trees, pavement and sewer lines.
Over the weekend, Ogden and his volunteers finished painting the Outflow Shelter.
