New Brunswick gas prices are expected to jump by at least 4.5 cents per litre at midnight.
Senior petroleum analyst Dan McTeague with Gasbuddy.com says diesel prices will also increase this week.
“It doesn’t really get that much better for diesel, it’s up by at least 3 cents per litre,” he notes.
McTeague adds the rest of the country has already seen increases thanks to speculation in the markets.
