The Social Enterprise Hub on Prince Edward Street in Saint John has tenants in the building with more moving in this month.
One of the tenants is the Saint John Learning Exchange.
Executive Director Christina Fowler tells us it was exciting to leave their old space on Union street.
She tells us the space was tired and old and they had outgrown so they were excited to take the leap.
Fowler says the Social Enterprse Hub was a dream for at least 5 years and they could have moved elsewhere but they stuck it out believing in the concept of non-profits under one roof making impact and reducing poverty.
The Social Enterprise Hub will have its grand opening in November.
