It’s no secret the New Brunswick economy continues to struggle and that has raised concern about the Syrian families who came to the province earlier this year perhaps pulling up stakes for greener pastures.
Premier Brian Gallant says the province has to work at integrating them by utilising best practices.
According to the New Brunswick Multicultural Council, 95 per cent of the Syrian Families who have come to the province are still here.
Five families have left Saint John and six from Moncton.
More than 100 of the Syrian refugees have secured employment thus far and over 30 others may do so in the weeks ahead according to the Multicultural Council.
