The Saint John Sea Dogs need to attract more fans to Harbour Station.
Team President Trevor Georgie says the fan base they have now with the percentage of season ticket holders and walkins is not enough if the Sea Dogs are to remain in Saint John for the long term.
The team is offering more incentives for season ticket holders to come on board.
Georgie makes clear Saint John is not unique in this respect among “Q” League teams because it`s not inexpensive to run a hockey team. He adds having a full house motivates the players to excel and is intimidating to opposing teams.
