Some seniors in Saint John are able to get outside on a trishaw with the Loch Lomond Villas Cycling without Age program.
Its been in place for over a year now and thanks to a generous donor they will add a second bike next spring at The Village.
The Villa`s Director of Operations Shelley Shillington tells CHSJ News the program runs all year and they are able to bring the ride inside during the winters months but the outside rides take residents to the Rez, East Saint John, Harbour Passage and Fernhill Cemetery.
She says they were able to cycle from September 1st until the Santa Claus and then they were back outside in late March or early April.
They call the trishaw drivers, pilots, and Shillington provides the training for them.
