An Edmundston man has scratched and won thanks to the generosity of another.
Camille Roy received a birthday card last week with a Set for Life ticket in it.
His scratch revealed the top prize – $1,000 a week for 25 years or the option of $675,000 in a lump sum payment.
Camille took the lump sum.
He plans to use the money to buy gifts for others, including his two sons and he is going to get himself a new vehicle.
Camille is not a stranger in his community.
He is in his second term as an Edmundston City Councillor and also operates a private botanical garden.
