The Atlantic Lottery Corporation intends to do some belt-tightening amid the joint auditors-general report.
CEO Brent Scrimshaw says ALC intents to scale back employee recognition spending and is cancelling company-funded holiday parties.
Scrimshaw says the company is also putting tighter controls on travel and the hosting of events.
“We have increased transparency by posting online the expense and compensation details for our senior leaders along with many of the policies that govern us,” he notes.
Scrimshaw adds the company intends to implement all of the recommendations from the auditors-general report by the end of this year.
