Details of 18-year old Baylee Wylie’s gruesome murder are coming to light in Devin Morningstar’s first degree murder and arson trial.
A taped police statement is being played for the Court today with Morningstar explaining how the murder took place last December.
Morningstar says they had all been smoking crack in the house that day, when Wylie threatened to report Tyler Noel and Morningstar to the police for drug dealing and possession of a .22 calibre weapon.

A plan was hatched to provoke a fight with Wylie, which eventually turned into Noel and Marissa Shephard stabbing Wylie up to 200 times while Morningstar held him down.

Morningstar claims he stabbed Wylie three times in the neck, while Noel and Shephard did the majority of the stabbing.

He adds Wylie was begging and pleading for them to stop and to help him – however Morningstar says he was too afraid of Noel to stop and help.
