The jury at Matthew Tucker’s second degree murder trial hearing testimony from the two hunters who discovered a body in the woods and they also saw graphic pictures taken as part of the autopsy process.
Tucker is charged in the death of his mother, 53 year old Dorothy Tucker, who died from a gunshot wound to the head.
RCMP Corporal Chris Kean testified about pictures he took of a body wrapped in plastic at the Saint John Regional Hospital on November 21st 2014.
As layers of plastic sheeting are removed, a picture reveals a plastic bag is covering the head.
In another photo of the woman, an injury can be seen over one eye. A piece of plastic is removed from the head that is part of a shotgun shell.
