The panel which includes David Besner, who chairs the New Brunswick Energy Institute, has to have a report ready for Federal Natural Resources Minister Jim Carr by March 31st.

An estimate from the National Board claims the delay in reviewing the proposed Energy East Pipeline has cost $685 thousand. The hearings were suspended in August.
