Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall has tweeted with Donald Trump as President, the U.S. will not be imposing a carbon tax. Wall also points out a carbon tax was rejected in Washington State which is not considered a bastion of conservatism.

There are fears if there is no carbon tax in the U.S., then businesses in Canada will be less competitive with one.
