A jury in Campbellton has found 39 year old Jean Claude Savoie not guilty of criminal negligence causing the deaths of two young brothers when an African rock python he owned escaped its enclosure at his pet store.
4 year old Noah and 6 year old Connor Barthe were staying overnight during a sleepover.
The python escaped by travelling through a ventilation duct and strangled the two boys almost three years ago.
