A member of the Canadian Armed Forces in Gagetown, is facing a charge of sexualt assault.
Captain Simon Duvall is facing the charge in connection with an alleged incident that happened in December of 2010 or January of 2011.
The victim is also a member of the Canadian Armed Forces.
