No charges are being considered right now after the death of a 78 year old woman who was hit by a car last night on Bayside Drive.
She later died in hospital.
It happened around 930pm last night near Stella Maris Church.
The collision did not occurr in a crosswalk and the City police tell us alcohol was not a factor with the driver involved.
