A joint investigation known as Operation J Trapper has resulted in the seizure of just over 325,000 illegal cigarettes, two vehicles and $45,000 cash.
Nine search warrants were executed in nine different locations in greater Saint John on November 16. Two men have been arrested however there are more arrests to be made.
Operation J Trapper involved the Saint John police, the department of Justice and Public Safety, the RCMP, KV police, and the Canadian Border Services.
