Fredericton is taking a beating this week weatherwise.
The capital city was under a snowfall warning earlier today after already recieveing a pile of snow a couple of days ago. That snow has since changed to rain.
Thousands are still without power in the province.
The numbers have been going up and down with more 9900 off the grid.

A large numbers of homes and businesses are impacted in the Fredericton area.
More than 700 folks in Saint John are without power and nearly 1200 poeple in the Riverview and Hillsborough are also in the dark.
