If you’re a New Brunswick house hunter looking for a place to dock your power boats, to play a round of tennis or need a 10,000sq foot riding arena you’ll want to check out the top 10 priciest homes in the province.
The most expensive on the list is a waterfront property on Route 785 in Utopia at $6.9-million while 8 Rothesay Park Road in Rothesay is second at $3.8-million. The “cheapest” on the list is at 100 Brigadoon Terrace in Saint John at $1.38-million.
“We’re looking in different markets, so we’re analyzing different cities, different regions in Canada. Also, we’re looking at the top 10 most expensive homes nationwide,” says Cristina Jisa of Point 2 Homes, which compiled the list.
The most expensive home in New Brunswick looks relatively inexpensive as compared to the most expensive home in Ontario which is $36-million and in Alberta at $30-million.
