Quispamsis has been crowned the best place to live in Atlantic Canada by MoneySense magazine in their 2017 edition of Canada’s Best Places to Live.
Dieppe came in second place for Atlantic Canada, Fredericton placed fourth, Moncton came in fifth, Rothesay placed sixth and Saint John ranked 15th.
The top features for Quispamsis were low crime, home affordability and high wealth and incomes. Atlantic Canada was the only part of the country not represented in the top 50. Quispamsis was ranked in 105th place overall.
The top place to live in the country, for the second year in a row, is Ottawa which took first place out of 417 towns, villages, and cities that were ranked.
