Common Councillor Gary Sullivan wants the city to get together with the newly formed Tucker park Recreation Association to devise a plan to make improvements to the park.
Saint John Deputy Mayor Shirley McAlary doesn’t have the sense that Saint Johnners want to see residential development take place at Tucker Park and on Sandy Point Road at Rockwood Park.
It’s estimated the Tucker Park Trust has $250 thousand.
Tucker Park is comprised of about 30 acres with a public beach.
