It’s been in the uptown for a while but it will soon be gone.
Irving Oil Chief Human Resources Officer Kevin Scott says the skyline in Saint John is about to change with a significant milestone being reached at the new home office project, the dismantling of the tower crane.
Scott says they do not anticipate any impact to the traffic as the tower will be dismantled and lowered into the area behind Imperial Theatre.
Scott says they are on schedule and hope to have the building ready to be occupied by the 1,000 employees in mid to late 2018.
