Bernier tells us things are going well and they are working to have candidates in every riding by the end of May.
“We need to have a candidate in a byelection to be an officially registered party and that will happen next week because we have candidates in the three byelections right now,” Bernier said.
Bernier says they want to reduce the number of global immigrants coming into Canada every year.
“But more economic immigrants, 75 per cent of new immigrants must be economic immigrants and that means fewer refugees, fewer reunification of families,” Bernier stated.
On Twitter, Saint John-Rothesay MP Wayne Long said cutting immigration is not the solution for his riding saying Bernier’s policies will not work here.
