Richard and Dennis Oland financial information came out during day # 26 of Dennis’ second-degree murder trial.
Two people who worked at CIBC as financial advisors took the stand to talk about Dennis Oland being given a line of credit for $75,000 which was bumped up to $163,000 in early 2011. Michelle LeFrancois recalled handling the line of credit with Oland using his home as security.
Her boss at the time David Cosman told the court that the line of credit belonging to Dennis was usually close to if not at the maximum.
Richard Oland’s longtime friend and associate Robert McFadden, who had office space at Far End Corporation says at the time of Oland’s death in July 2011 his portfolio was estimated to be worth $37 million dollars.
Dennis is accused of killing his father on the evening of July 6, 2011.
