NB Power is warning its customers of an ongoing text message scam.
Some customers have received a text saying they were overcharged by NB power and will get a refund, with a link to a suspicious website.

NB Power says the texts aren’t from them, and warn users not to click on any unfamiliar links.
If you receive a text like this, report the scam to the Canada Anti Fraud Centre.
