A Saint John man arrested following a fatal crash last July has been again remanded to custody until his next court appearance in early May.
John Ford is charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death, failing to stop at the scene of an accident causing death as well as public mischief.
The charges stem from a July 9th collision involving a vehicle and a motorcycle on Loch Lomond Road, which claimed the life of 54 year old Scott Robertson.
Ford was arrested on January 31st and will be back in court for election on May 7th at 9:30.
