A legal challenge involving September’s election outcome in the Saint John Harbour riding returns to court this week.
Liberal Gerry Lowe defeated Progressive Conservative Barry Ogden by just 10 votes, but the Tories want the results overturned.
The hearing is set for the next five days, and comes after several pre-hearing consultations.
The Tories claim electoral procedures were not followed, resulting in dozens of voting irregularities.
Lowe and his team have previously testified there was no wrongdoing on their part.
