Saint John Celebrates Canada Day 2025 on the Waterfront

The City of Saint John, in partnership with Area 506) is rolling out an incredible lineup of festivities for Canada Day 2025, and you won’t want to miss it.
From live music and ethnocultural performances to magic shows, circus school, games, and photo ops with your favourite princesses and superheroes, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Best of all, it’s completely free.
Join the excitement at Ihtoli-Maqahamok – The Gathering Space and the Container Village at 85 Water Street. These two locations, just a short stroll apart, will be packed with entertainment from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Join us at the Boardwalk stage for official remarks and cake cutting at 1:00 p.m., then close out the night with a dazzling fireworks display at Long Wharf at 10:00 p.m., weather permitting.
