A single-vehicle crash on the Trans-Canada Highway near Nackawic has claimed the lives of three people from Ontario.
RCMP say a vehicle heading east left the road just before the noon hour on Monday in Prince William.
Police say the vehicle crossed the centre median, went off the other side of the highway and down a steep cliff into a ravine.
An 83-year-old man, a 91-year-old woman and a 58-year-old woman died at the scene from their injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
