We may see shovels in the ground on a new housing development in Millidgeville sometime in 2020.
Develop Saint John is looking for proposals for a residential housing project at 90 Boars Head Road on what is currently a city works depot.
Executive Director Steve Carson says the land has been deemed surplus making the area available for a medium-density residential housing project.
“They would potentially be four to six-storey buildings and between 180 to 200 units on the site,” Carson said.
