A 27-year-old Bocabec man is facing more charges after a deadly crash back in June.
Kyle Hargrove was charged with impaired driving causing death in the Rollingdam crash that claimed the life of Katrina Kinney of Johnson Settlement.
Another 13 counts were announced for Hargrove in court on Tuesday including dangerous driving and impaired driving causing bodily harm.
This charges are connected to two men and a woman also in the vehicle involved in the crash.
Hargrove elected a judge and jury trial and has a preliminary hearing set for next May.
Judge William McCarroll noted this is a long way off and Hargrove is under strict conditions which include a curfew and he can’t drive unless it’s for work.
At the Saint John Law Courts on Tuesday morning, McCarroll told Hargrove “if you break any of them, you wouldn’t get out again.”
The RCMP were called to a single-vehicle crash on June 22nd in Rollingdam.
They said the driver of an SUV lost control, causing the vehicle to roll several times.
Hargrove is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on May 19th, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
