A car accident has taken the life of a 28-year-old Bouctouche man.
RCMP responded to the call Friday of a head-on collision on Route 515 between a vehicle travelling eastbound and a pickup truck travelling westbound.
They believe the car crossed the centre line and collided with the truck. They say speed is also believed to be a contributing factor in the crash.
The driver of the car died at the scene as a result of his injuries. The driver and lone occupant of the pick-up truck, a 55-year-old man, was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
