A 33 year old man and 32 year old woman have been charged with impaired driving, according to Saint John Police.
The two were arrested after police responded to a domestic dispute call on the East Side around 2:45 AM this morning.
After locating the man in his vehicle and speaking to him, they noticed signs of impairment.
They also found a woman showing signs of impairment while operating her vehicle
The two were given roadside breathalyzer tests, which they failed.
They were arrested, and will both appear in court at later dates.
