An event in Quispamsis on Tuesday night aims to help people who 50 and over be healthy and active.
The third annual Enjoy Life wellness expo at the qplex features 35 exhibitors and health screenings.
The aim of the wellness expo to help people who are 50 plus learn ways to get active, explore and be creative in the community.
Participants include service and program providers, government departments and volunteer groups.
Health screenings begin at 6 pm for blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar.
The event runs Tuesday night from 7 to 9 p.m. at the qplex.
